Disputing transactions which occurred in the Dogg Application is a simple and easy process. It's important to us at Dogg that all members of our community have a positive and beneficial experience and we will do our utmost to ensure this.

To lodge a complaint:

For added transparency, our dispute procedure is as follows:

  1. Get the facts
    We will gather the details of the complaint from all parties involved, record them and have the information ready for the rest of the process.

  2. Discuss Solutions
    Figure out a viable solution for the parties involved.

  3. Resolve the issue
    We will keep all parties up to date on the process of resolving the issue as we work toward the agreed-upon resolution.

  4. Follow up
    Post resolution we will always follow up with the parties involved to ensure they remain satisfied and had a positive experience overall.

Our team can only review walks booked through our application, any outside agreement or payments can not be covered by Dogg.
